These User Services Terms (hereinafter referred to as “These Terms”) are the official Service Agreement for the Backwash Browser (hereinafter referred to as “This App” or “This Service”), established uniformly for users worldwide, and are used to regulate the behavior of all users regarding the use of product features, web services, browsing capabilities, and related companion services. Any user who downloads, installs, opens, logs in, and continues to use this App represents that they have fully read, fully understood, and unconditionally accept all terms and conditions of these Terms. If a user does not agree with any of the contents of these Terms, they must immediately uninstall the App and terminate all behavior of use.

1. Service Definition and Regulatory Effectiveness
1.1 Service Scope Description

This application provides standardized browser infrastructure services such as internet browsing, web access, resource retrieval, web hops, privacy browsing, bookmark management, page caching, and more to global users, while providing official continuously iterating optimizations and security capabilities.
1.1.2
The platform reserves the right to adjust, optimize, add, or deactivate certain features based on product iteration, security upgrades, and global service operations, without compromising core users‘ interests.
1.2 Effectiveness of Regulation
1.2.1
This provision applies to all official terminals of the Backwash browser and is uniformly applicable to all users globally.
1.2.2
This provision constitutes a valid compliance agreement between users and platforms regarding the use of services, replacing all previous oral, informal communications and page-based statements as the only valid basis for judgment of liability on both sides.
2. User eligibility and account specifications
2.1 Qualification Requirements
2.1.1
The User agrees to be legally eligible for network use, to have the corresponding device and network permissions, to legally use global public network resources, and not to take advantage of this App to engage in any illegal network activities.
2.1.2
If users use the registration class feature, they need to ensure that the information is filled in authentically and effectively, and prohibit contravening behaviors such as fake registration, batch registration, and registration by impersonating someone else‘s identity.
2.2 Account Security Responsibility
2.2.1
The user is responsible for the security of all account logins, bookmarks synchronization, cloud configuration synchronization, and other operations. The user must properly maintain the account password, device permissions, and login environment.
2.2.2
In situations such as unusual account login, unfamiliar device authorization, unusual configuration changes, and so on, users need to resolve issues on their own in a timely manner, and can request assistance from the platform for verification through their official email address.
3. User Behavior and Content Use Guidelines
3.1 Legal Use Obligations
3.1.1
Users commit to using the web browsing and retrieval capabilities of this App in a compliant, well-intentioned, and legitimate manner, and not to take advantage of this App to circumvent network rules, breach access restrictions, or illegally access network resources with unknown risks.
3.1.2
All web content that users access, browse, store, and disseminate through this Application is the responsibility of the users themselves for compliance, and the platform does not assume any responsibility for third-party web content.
3.2 Prohibited Sexual Conduct Norms
3.2.1
Users are not allowed to use this App to access, retrieve, store, disseminate content and resources that are illegal, infringing, violent, fraudulent, endanger cybersecurity, or violate the legitimate interests of third parties.
3.2.2
Prevent users from maliciously crawling network resources through scripts, plugins, reverse tools, automation programs, bulk access requests, and occupying public network nodes, interfering with the stability of platform services.
4. Product Rights and Service Limits Rules
4.1 Device Permission Use Agreement
4.1.1
The device permissions required by this application are used only for basic functions such as browsing, networking, page caching, content downloading, and so on. All permissions calls follow the minimum necessary principles, with no enforced redundant authorization.
4.1.2
Users can voluntarily turn off and revoke corresponding permissions in the device‘s system settings. After permissions are turned off, some functionality is restricted as a normal mechanism, and the platform does not take responsibility for functionality or availability.
4.2 Service Limits and Limits
4.2.1
This App provides only general web browsing technology services and does not warrant the authenticity, security, legality, or availability of all third-party web pages.
4.2.2
The platform can automatically block and restrict malicious websites, risky links, and unauthorized access behavior based on security policies to ensure user online security and platform service order.
5. User data and browsing content rights and responsibilities
5.1 Ownership and control of user data
5.1.1
Private data, such as browsing history, cache data, bookmark configuration, and personalization settings generated during user use are the property of the user themselves and are managed by the user autonomously.
5.1.2
The platform synchronizes configuration data to the cloud only when the user actively turns on the synchronization feature. When synchronization is not turned on, all data remains only on the user‘s local device.
5.2 Data Cleaning and Risk Ownership
5.2.1
Users can voluntarily clean up their browsing history, cached files, form data, and web page information at any time, and the platform respects their privacy cleanup actions.
5.2.2
Users are responsible for the consequences of configuration loss and record cleanup due to user manual data cleaning, device replacement, application uninstall, and shutdown of synchronization.
6. Service Interruption and Feature Termination Agreements
6.1 Normal service interruption scenarios
6.1.1
Temporary service fluctuations, access latencies, or brief interruptions caused by non-human malicious factors such as server maintenance, version upgrades, network fluctuations, device anomalies, and so on, fall within the normal operations category.
6.1.2
The platform does not have any obligation to compensate or indemnify users for temporary service anomalies resulting from the above routine operating scenarios.
6.2 Termination of Account Violation Handling
6.2.1
The platform has the right to restrict functionality, suspend services, or terminate permissions for users who have seriously violated this provision, maliciously abused browser functionality, frequently triggered security risks, or used the service to enforce non-compliance behaviors.
6.2.2
After the termination of the service, users will no longer enjoy any functional service of this application, and the third-party liability and losses caused by the related violation will be solely borne by the user.
7. Consulting Feedback and Service Communication Mechanisms
7.1 Official Only Channel of Communication
7.1.1
Users who encounter functionality anomalies, page errors, permissions issues, security questions, and service recommendations during usage can consult and provide feedback through the official designated mailbox.
7.1.2

7.2 Feedback Processing Principles
7.2.1
The feedback content submitted by users must be objectively truthful, reasonable, and prohibit malicious complaints, false feedback, frequent harassment of employees, and other behaviors that disturb the order of service.
7.2.2
The platform will check for effective user feedback within reasonable operating time and complete troubleshooting and feature optimization in conjunction with the overall product planning.
8. Regulatory Amendments and Dispute Handling Rules
8.1 Regulatory Updates and Disclosures
8.1.1
The Platform reserves the right to amend, update, and improve this Ordinance at any time in accordance with the International Internet Services Standards, global privacy standards, and product iteration requirements.
8.1.2
Updates to the provisions will be made public through in-app announcements or on official pages. Once the announcement is completed, it will take effect, and users‘ continued use of the service will be considered an automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
8.2 Dispute Resolution Principles
8.2.1
All disputes arising from this Ordinance and this Applied Services are prioritized by the two parties for negotiated resolution in an equal, friendly, and voluntary manner.
8.2.2
Negotiations failed to reach an agreement on the disputed issues, and they were dealt with according to the Global Common Internet Services Business Practice and the International Common Compliance Code.
